When the throttle is fully open, the fuel injector stops injecting fuel, which helps clear the cylinder and control the engine assembly. This precise control allows for power boosting and better overall performance. The sensor manages the flap size, ensuring optimal air flow based on the throttle opening angle.

IMPORTANCE OF THROTTLE BODY

The throttle body acts as a controlled flap. The flap's opening is regulated by the angle of the accelerator pedal. The higher the angle, the more air is allowed into the engine. The electronic control unit (ECU) then adjusts the fuel injection based on the detected air quantity.
