ADVANTAGE: The throttle body controls the engine's performance and efficiency. By adjusting the size of the throttle plate, it allows more air to enter the engine when the throttle is fully opened. This mechanism stops the fuel injectors from injecting fuel, which helps in clearing the cylinders and ensuring proper engine assembly. Additionally, the throttle body controls flaps to regulate the amount of air, and through sensor inputs, it helps boost power.

IMPORTANCE OF THROTTLE BODY: The throttle body acts as a controlled flap, where the angle of the accelerator pedal determines the flap's position. In turn, this controls the amount of air entering the engine.
